Vendor Rules

By submitting payment to participate as a vendor, you agree to the Vendor Rules below:

  • All booths are 10×10. Please use the space under your tables for storage.
  • Everything required for your setup must be provided by you. This includes tent, tables, and chairs.
  • Once you have unloaded your vehicle, move your car immediately to make sure the unloading process is efficient for everyone.
  • All vendors are required to stay the duration of the event. If you break down early, we will not approve another application.
  • If you sell out, you may leave a sign and leave until tear down.
  • Vendors must bring a bin for their trash and dispose of their own trash at tear down.
  • Latin America Market reserves the right to revoke a vendor’s approval at any time.
  • Vendors participating in any Latin America Market events at their own risk and hereby release Latin America Market, LLC from any liability. Vendors further agree to hold the above harmless from any accident, incident, injury, death.
  • THERE ARE NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS of payments or transfers of dates due to inclement weather or any other reason.
  • Soliciting of any kind is not allowed.
  • Vendors may not yell out to people or walk around the market handing
    out samples.

Food Vendors Only:

  • We require that you email us (latinamericamarketllc@gmail.com) a copy of your authorized temporary permit and you must also clearly display it on your table on the day of the event.
  • If we do not receive a copy of your authorized temporary permit and you do not clearly display it on your table on the day of the event, your participation on that day will automatically be cancelled.
